Reset your KBR network password

RESET YOUR FORGOTTEN PASSWORD OR UNLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT

These instructions walk you through resetting your KBR network password if you have forgotten it, or, if you know your password but still cannot sign-in, unlock your account. You will be directed to the Microsoft online account management tool.

1. Click the button below to proceed with resetting your forgotten password or unlocking your account.

2. Enter your company provided email address and the challenge code provided and select Next.

3. Select the 1st option 'I forgot my password' if you forgot your current password. Select the 2nd option 'I know my password, but still can't sign in' if you know your password and believe your account may be locked.

4. Select an option from the left to verify your identity using a previously enrolled method. Follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Create a new password and successfully get back into your account! Ensure your new password follows the KBR standard guidelines:

* Passwords must be at least 14 characters long * Passwords must be complex, containing at least one character each from at least three of the following four groups: - English lower-case characters (a-z) - English upper-case characters (A-Z) - Base 10 digits (0-9) - Non-alphanumeric (for example: !, $, #, &, %) * Passwords cannot contain three or more characters in sequence from your User ID * Passwords must be unique for 24 consecutive changes * Passwords can only be changed once every 24 hours * Passwords will not expire for 365 days
